Shipping Information: • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via tracked delivery (unless stated otherwise) • UK delivery: Usually in 3 days • International delivery: Typically 2–3 weeks (often around 2 weeks)
Returns Policy: • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs • Original shipping cost + £1.50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund • Item must be returned in original condition, or a loss in value may be applied
Customs & Duties: Please note that VAT or duty charges may apply upon arrival in your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
US Customers: We cover 10% of the product value towards the new US tariff. In case of returns, this 10% will be deducted from the refund, along with delivery charges.
