Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 working days — Free on all orders
- Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm next working day): free on all orders above £100
All orders are sent fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
International Delivery We ship to selected international destinations. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times are typically 5–14 working days depending on destination. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Packaging & Security All jewellery is carefully packaged in secure, discreet packaging to protect your items in transit. High-value orders are sent with signature-on-delivery for added security.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier promptly.
