Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days unless otherwise stated.
UK orders are sent via tracked delivery and usually arrive within approximately 3 days.
International orders are dispatched within 2 working days via tracked delivery and may take approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Original postage costs and a £2.50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Any loss in value due to the item not being returned in its original condition may be deducted from the refund.
Customs & Duties
Customs and duty charges do not apply to UK buyers.
International customers may be required to pay VAT, customs duties or import charges when their order arrives in their country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
US Customers
We cover 15% of the product value towards the applicable US tariff on packages sent to the US.
Please note that if an order is returned, this 15% contribution will be deducted from the refund, in addition to the delivery charges.
